The holiday season is upon us! What that brings in store for you are constantly varied, guaranteed “burner” workouts!  In addition to we will also be continuing our prep for the open with our Flip Flop style workouts and higher skill movements in the metcon (KB snatches, snatch, cleans, etc.) We will also be getting some single leg strength work in through various weekly lunge work (back rack, front rack, and OH).  All in all it will be a good month to keep you on track with your fitness during the holiday season!
