*Reminder!*

Today kicks off day 1 of Coach Dave’s gymnastics series and it will be the Kipping Clinic. Remember that next Sunday, December 9th will cover Muscle Ups and then the following Sunday December 16th will cover Handstands and Rope Climbs. You may attend 1, 2 or all three classes. Just be sure to fill out the sign up sheet letting us know which one you would like to attend! Pay per class- $10  or purchase all 3- $25

“Hotshots 19”

Nineteen City of Prescott (Arizona) firefighters, members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots firefighting team, tragically lost their lives on June 30, 2013, while fighting the Yarnell Hill Fire, which was ignited by lightning two days earlier.

6 rounds for time of:
30 squats
19 power cleans
7 strict pull-ups
Run 400 meters

Men: 135-lb. clean
Women: 95-lb. clean
