Partner Chipper
100 wall balls(20,14)
100 DB Snatches (50,30)
100 burpees
100 HR Push ups
100 Toes to Bar
100 Box Jumps (24,20)
*While partner 1 works, partner 2 performs 20 sit ups. Once sit ups and v-ups are complete, switch and pick up where partner 1 left off
