Schedule Changes for Summer

Starting July 1st the evening schedule will be changing  from it’s current times to 6am, 9:30am and 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Friday evening will be 4pm, 5pm, 6pm.

In addition to the change in CrossFit class times, the Bootcamp schedule will also change to M/W @ 6pm and Friday @ 5pm.

I also want to thank you again for participating in or supporting our K9 event this past Saturday.  We have gotten many thanks from local police departments for doing it so, thank you again for being great!
