This past weekend, we finished our 7-Week Olympic Weightlifting series. 90% of those who finished the series improved both their Snatch and Clean & Jerk. That is astonishing considering that weightlifters typically take several months before they can add pounds to their maximal efforts.
The CFW Strong Side will take a week off before starting both a Level 1 and a Level 2 Conjugate Series on June 23. Level 2 is officially sold out. There are spots left for the 2-Day Level 1 Series (Tuesday & Thursday at 6am, 9am, OR 6pm). Please email email@example.com with your time slot if you want to get stronger.
