Many of us know that CrossFit is a broad, general, and inclusive fitness regime that comes to life in the form of constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity, but when we look deeper what does it really mean to you to be “CrossFit”. Or what purpose does CrossFit serve in your daily lives? Perhaps it is your get away time, or maybe a family affair, total lifestyle or just a workout to look good naked.
