Gymnastics Strength Seminar

We are excited to announce that our next Gymnastics Strength Seminar will be starting on July 2nd.  This will be a 4 week seminar featuring 2 classes each week, Wednesday at 7 pm and Sunday’s at 12 noon.  Coach Sara will focus on giving each athlete the strength and skills necessary to advance their capabilities with gymnastics movements in order to set you up for success in day to day WODs.  The class will be capped at 8 athletes and be $130.  This seminar is open to all athletic levels and be beneficial to any and all athletes who wish to participate.

Registration opens next Monday so ask a Coach if this is right for you and let them know you want to register.

15 KB Swings (53/35)

20 KB Front Rack Lunge Steps
