Murph Challenge

On Memorial Day we will be hosting the nation wide Memorial Day Murph challenge. This is a special day for a lot of people in the gym as it is memorial day and we can make it better by honoring Lt Michael Murphy with his favorite workout. We have a sign-up page at the gym or you can register here if you’d like to donate to his scholarship foundation. We’ll have food and beer to fill up on post workout as well. Hopefully, everyone can make it out to participate or support.
