You’re exiled to a deserted island. You can only bring 3 pieces of workout equipment with you. Assuming you’re still interested in increasing your fitness, what would you bring? To get you started, I’ll share mine:
- Barbell (with bumper plates) – The quintessential centerpiece of strength training. I could train any and all energy systems with this simple tool.
- Squat Rack – My strength training wouldn’t be limited to how much I can lift off the ground. The possibilities are endless.
- Pull Up Bar – Whether it’s for finding food or escaping predators, mastering my own bodyweight would certainly get me out of a jam on a deserted island.
