Happy Cinco De Mayo!!

Though I’m not sure how The 5th of May took on a life of it’s own in the US, I will certainly join in the celebration. If you’d like to join, meet your CFW coaches at Uncle Julio’s for a margarita in Stonebridge tonight at 8pm.

Things to look forward to this week:

The CFW Games is Saturday, May 10. Competitors, prepare yourselves for a great test of fitness. The event starts at 9AM. Friends and family are more than welcome. Normally scheduled classes are cancelled for the day. Come to celebrate our athletes instead.

On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, bring your mothers, sons, and daughters for a fun team workout and brunch afterwards.

Registration is open for The Murph Challenge on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25.
