Beat the heat…and recover



Not to jinx us after our long winter but I think that we have finally reached spring.  With spring and summer comes some very hot and sweaty workouts.  With that in mind I want to remind you to hydrate throughout your day before and after your workout session.  Proper hydration will help you beat the heat and aid in your recovery process after a hard WOD.  Even the slightest dehydration, before thirst sets in, can deteriorate performance and muscle recovery.  Grab a bottle and start drinking, all day everyday!
