That one time at CFW

Remember that one time?  When you couldn’t stop laughing or cheering or staring with wide eyes with amazement?  What was that moment for you?  Mine was when Jared’s son went ahead and stole the stage after 14.5 during last weeks Friday night lights.  He grabbed a PVC, did about 30 thrusters and burpees over that PVC right in the middle of the floor.  Everyone stopped and watched this young man start his journey of fitness right at that moment.  What’s yours?

This Saturday there will be a rowing clinic open for 10 people at 10am and 11am.

There was nothing like watching Lauren F. pushing hard to finish her Overhead Squats during 14.2 and all of the support around her. The kids were cheering so hard, they forget they were still Wodding! That’s what CFW’s all about.

Thanks Lloyd (and everyone) for cheering my Lauren on!! She was so hesitant to compete but decided to in the end. I have seen her grow in so many ways, especially her confidence and perseverance!!

I had so much fun hanging out and cheering for everyone doing the CrossFit Open WODs the past several Saturdays!!

Almost brought a tear to my eye…

Yes to all of the above (I told Lauren she should get a Spirit of the Games award). Another moment was watching my baby push through her OHSs even with her awful headache, and that same night (although I had to leave and only heard about it), Ali getting about 30 pullups when she’d previously only gotten 2!!! So proud of everyone!
