In a couple of weeks, CFW will be hosting 3 Bring A Friend Days. Many of our most devoted members (including a member of our staff) was introduced to CrossFit during a Bring A Friend Day. So, we’re always excited to meet your loved ones, especially the ones interested in trying CrossFit. There are a couple of things you may want to consider passing on to your friends who plan to experience their first CrossFit workout.

You can use CrossFit to reach any of your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, keep up with the kids, get ready for a triathlon, or to get summer abs, CrossFit can be added into any routine to expedite your results.

You can start at ANY level. You don’t have to get into shape to start CrossFit. Everyone from first-timers to competitive athletes will benefit from functional fitness.

It’s YOUR workout. What’s written on the board is the goal. But, every workout is adjustable to your current fitness level or goals. With your coach’s guidance, we can tailor any workout to get the most benefit in the shortest amount of time.

The coach is there for YOU. If you’re confused about anything or have any questions, your coaches are there to help you every step of the way.
