Last week, in class, we tried a few accessory movements for our upcoming Conjugate Strength Series. To give you a taste and preview of the upcoming Olympic Lifting Specialty Program, we’re going to train one of the specialized movements, the Snatch Balance. This movement helps us get comforable in the bottom position of the Snatch.
