Hump Day

I don’t work a traditional Mon-Fri 9-5 schedule but Wednesdays always drag for me. It’s like being in the middle of a 20 Min AMRAP and the coach yells, “Half way there!” No matter how tired I am, I have to do everything I just did all over again. Even class attendence dwindles starting the middle of the week, lasting through Fri. Who has the explanation and solution to this?

    Wednesday = Rest Day for Tassha

    To answer your question, I think it might dwindle later in the week maybe because some people go “too” hard, and end up pulling a muscle that takes a week to heal. Happened to me!
