A great way to get proficient at movement inside the gym is to study on your own outside the gym. There are plenty of great resources available, especially today in the information age. Everything you need is a simple Google search away. Today, we’re doing high rep kettlebell snatches. Preforming these incorrectly can potentially cause injury so take a look at the video above to get a few pointers before going to class.

Also, be safe out there with these frigid temperatures. Exposure will take down even the greatest athlete, so stay warm.

  • 21 KETTLEBELL SNATCH – LEFT ARM 53/35
  • 21 KETTLEBELL SNATCH – RIGHT ARM
  • 90 DOUBLE UNDERS
  • 15 KETTLEBELL SNATCH – LEFT ARM
  • 15 KETTLEBELL SNATCH – RIGHT ARM
  • 90 DOUBLE UNDERS
  • 9 KETTLEBELL SNATCH – LEFT ARM
  • 9 KETTLEBELL SNATCH – RIGHT ARM
  • 90 DOUBLE UNDERS

*Kettlebell Snatches for this workout do not have to touch the ground between reps.
