So how many of you had learning a new skill as part of your 2014 goals?  I know I had improving my handstands as part of mine.  Let’s be honest, they are just a lot of fun to do, you can do wall walks, handstand push ups, or walk around as a party trick.  Check out the video above and show up at 10 am for an hour of skill work.  This is also a great skill to work on before or after class and during open gym.  I want to see people walking all around the gym on their hands before June…6 month gym goal…GO!
