Bottom Position

Great work on the squat cleans and jerks today!  There were a lot of you that were rushing out of the bottom position or catch of the jerk.  This can lead to instability and the loss of a lift that you worked hard to get overhead.  So, I found this article that addresses this issue.  Take a read below and find an easy fix to preventing a dropped lift.
