A few of you have expressed an interest in learning how to do a kipping pull-up, as seen in many Crossfit workouts. It’s a highly functional way of doing a pull-up using your entire body, versus just your upper body strength like during a strict pull-up. Take a look at the video to learn a little more, and I’ll begin helping you guys individually work on this move, because I know many of you are able.
