Today we embark on a long journey through a “Chipper”.  What’s a chipper?  That is a great question.  A chipper is a combination of movements that you chip away at as you go, never going back to a movment you have completed before.  There are lots of terms and movments that are foreign to new or non CrossFit athletes.  I hope the link below helps.  Have you made up your own CrossFit lingo?  Please share!
