We all know that CrossFit can be difficult and have experienced times when our mind tells us, “You can’t go on” or “Hey, we might die if we do 1 more rep”. But, how many times have we finished one more rep or 5 more pounds than we expected? In the picture above I am pretty sure that Gooch and Austin’s brains knew that the next pistol was going to be difficult, but they went for it anyways…and nailed it! Some of us are better at positive self talk than others but we can all be better. So now that we are dialing in our sleep habits after last nights post lets all dedicate ourselves to being positive and not giving in to negative thoughts during a difficult WOD.
