We kip life!

We work hard at creating as much power as we can via what we call core to extremity.  Using our hips to generate as much power and move our bodies or an external object as quickly as we can.  We rarely test or even practice our strict movement.  We can ascertain as much, or even more, strength from strict movement as we can from kipping.  Today we’re going to do it..

Today:

10 rounds

3 Strict HSPU

5 Strict Pull-ups

8 Pistols

Rest 45 seconds between rounds
