    100% accurate. I had read this post before, and it is absolutely true…especially the counting part. I am very good at keeping track of large numbers of reps in very small multiples now. 75 reps starts out as 10+5+5+5+10 (wow…a burst of strength) followed by another 5+5+10 (that’s 55…only 20 to go…20-19-18-17-16) You get the idea, and you do it too.

    Very accurate. I found this article while googling crossfit before having my first visit to CFW. Since joining, numbers 9 and 10 on the list ring especially true for me.
