I’d like to congratulate the Breakthrough participants again as they completed their challenge of healthy, whole food eating over 6 weeks. Not only did they challenge themselves to do this but, they’ve learned about themselves, what works and what doesn’t. I was witness to some of the breakthroughs and they, like all of them in the past, have inspired me. Coming from not knowing if they could accomplish something like this, to tears, to breaking through and finding a way is always gratifying to witness. Congrats again to everyone who participated and challenged themselves to be better.
I’d also like to give a special shout out to the 9am (sometimes 10am) ladies (one pictured above) who decided to take on the challenge of The Classics. All of them decided to take the plunge and take on one another for fun each Friday to have some fun and spark a little competition. A couple of them even enrolled their CrossFit Kids in the Classics to go at the WODs side by side. If that’s not cool I don’t know what is.

*I’m going to challenge you to pick a weight for yourself. Remember this is a METCON which means you should be taxing your glycolytic pathway. This isn’t a test of absolute strength nor a test of endurance.
