Today marks the end of our 6 Week Challenge. If you followed our suggestions, your conscious and deliberate dieting decisions along with consistent training have lead you to lowered body fat, increased lean body mass, better energy levels, and a sense of accomplishment and well-being. To see just how well you fared, let’s take a look at how we’ll wrap this up:
Show up to CFW at 9AM to get your Body Composition remeasured and recorded. You’ll then warm up on your own to be ready to retest the MetCon at 10AM. We will go in heats and a partner will count your reps. Once your score has been recorded, you’re free to go. Scores will be sent to the Data Processing Center to be evaluated. You will then meet us at the BREAKTHROUGH Wrap-Up Celebration at The Bunglow Alehouse at 7PM for some refreshments. If appropriate, the winners of the challenge will be announced at the social event. The winners will also be revealed in tomorrow night’s WOD post. From that point, you’ll continue utilizing everything you’ve learned during the challenge to increase the quality of your life. Also, be on the lookout for additional Nutrition Check-Ins.
The 9AM & 10AM classes will proceed as normal.
