Not as easy as it looks



Side planks…not easy.  I love “core” work.  I love the days we do core work as a little family and work on things that we neglect most of the time.  Somewhere in the world it’s summer so, abs need to be ready.  Aslo, abs need to be ready to stablize your entire life.  I know it’s not easy but, all of these muscle literally hold the lifts and things we do in the gym together and make us way stronger.
