October is for Sports

October is here and two worlds collide as Baseball comes to a close with the playoffs and Football is just gaining steam with the begining of the season.  Do you consider October to be the best month for sports?  If not what else are you interested in throughout the year?

Today:  I’ve never seen a bear do this..

*bear complex will consist of one clean, one shoulder to overhead one back squat and one shoulder to overhead from the back position.

**this workout will be done AT THE TRACK SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY WITH THE “STUFF” YOU USUALLY BRING TO THE GYM
