rosaSince we’ve introduced pull ups to some of our workouts, we’ve pretty much just been doing strict with bands. I’ve worked with a couple of you on kipping and we will continue to do so, but check out some “kipping pull up” videos on youtube. There’s plenty on there by CrossFit boxes all over the world. Take a look through the progressions so you have an idea of what it should look like in the end. You’ll need it today.
