Are you Breaking through?

Breakthrough Athletes,

So it has almost been two weeks since we started the Breakthrough Challenge.  I have talked to a lot of you in and around the gym and it sounds like you are doing well.  What changes have you seen so far?  Have you started to feel better throughout your day?  Are you performing better in the gym?  Have you struggled with giving up one thing?  What is it and do you have a plan to beat it?  What questions do you have for your coaches?  Keep up all the good work and we look forward to seeing all of you at the mid challenge check in on September 29th.  Stay tuned for details on that.
