Looks like it’s starting to get a bit chilly in the mornings already, which means it won’t be long before it starts getting cold later in the day too! Make sure you have plenty of cold weather workout gear.. we will still be going outside even when it gets cold.
If we get a big winter and it snows too much for you to get out of your driveway.. make sure you have some workout equipment for the house! Like a kettlebell! The number of exercises you can do with a kettlebell is incredible! You can get one at Walmart or Dick’s or any other sporting goods store.
