Since the Facebook post went up last night we are almost sold out.  We have a few spots letft for this Gymnastics Series with Coach Sara Wood & Coach Evy Voltaire.

THERE ARE ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT IN THE NOVICE DIVISION AND 4 IN THE ADVANCED DIVISION.  GET IN THERE!!!

The “Gymnastics Building Blocks Series”

This 6-Week series is designed to build strength, balance, coordination, & body awareness in the wide realm of body weight movements. In each 60-Minute class, we will use a variety of training techniques to increase your proficiency and confidence to help you move and feel better.

There are two distinct levels: Novice & Experienced

The “Novice” class is geared toward developing a foundation of basic skills and strength. Participants can look forward to increasing their capacity at movements like pull ups, dips, and push ups. We will introduce beginner/intermediate ring work. Focus will also be given to support in the handstand position.

The “Experienced” class will build upon a student’s current skill base to develop efficiency in movements such as freestanding handstands & walks. Intermediate/advanced ring work will also be practiced. However, the basics will not be ignored. Instead, we will continue to challenge skills.

Participants of both levels can expect to enhance their gymnastics using skill practice, static support holds, and progressions. Expect to use equipment ranging from ropes to parallettes.

When deciding which level to participate, please consider the following questions:

-Do you have a 3 strict pull ups?
-Do you have a 5 handstand push ups?
-Do you have a 5 ring dips?

If you answered “Yes” to the questions above, please consider the “Experienced” series.

The Series begins October 21, 2013.

The “Experienced” class will be held on Thursdays at 6:30PM.
The “Novice” class will be held on Sundays at 12:00PM.

Both the “Novice” series & the “Experience” series are CAPPED AT 8 students so sign up quickly to get your spot!!
