An amazing seminar with some amazing people this morning making some bg decisions to change thier live through nuntrition.  Great job, I’m proud of you!

Guys, this saturday we’ll be hosting some free workouts at the Fall Fastival in Greatbridge!  We’ll have a table set up for some demos and info if you want to bring your friends out to meet us and get into the community.  All the local businesses will be there demoing their business.  Should be a great way to meet your neighbor!

Today:

“HOPE”

Three rounds of:
Burpees
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24″ box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

    Good luck to everyone during the challenge! I know there will be great accomplishments! I wish I could come Saturday but I have my first Development & Training Flight that weekend. CFW Represent!
