Let’s face it, sometimes the WOD wins. There are times when we do all we can to prepare for the workout only to have our ass rudely handed to us with no explanation or apology. That’s life. It happens. What truly matters is what you do afterwards. When things get array, take a step back and see what, if anything, needs to change. Sleep, water, food, mobility, working out in the mornings or evenings, could be contributions to setbacks. Ask a coach or your peers for feedback.

In other words, “When you get knocked down, do a burpee!”
