Looking Forward

How many of you were “unprepared” to climb ropes yesterday. While some didn’t realize what they “needed” to protect their skin from the rope, many others simply didn’t look at the post. As much as I love the idea of preparing for the unknown, there is a huge advantage to seeing what’s in our path. Treat each training opportunity as a test. It takes studying and planning ahead to put your best foot forward.
