Jerks!

Today we will work on split jerks in our 10 am skill session.  I have heard that if you can clean it, you can jerk it.  Not so true if you are lacking the skills necessary to move heavy loads overhead.  Check out this instructional video with long time CrossFit stud Josh Everett prior to class so you are ready to crush some jerk 1RM PRs.
