So I know some of you have seen but there has been an ongoing debate for years of whether or not high rep olympic lifting is beneficial to strength and conditioning. Just this week I have seen 2 such arguments in the form of article posted on the interweb. Obviously, if you believe in the CrossFit methodology you are a supporter of such use of high reps for the purpose of conditioning but take a look at both articles and let us know what you think.
