Muscular Conditioning with 10RM Back Squats

Today we work on some muscular conditioning, a 10 rep max is not easy in any lift but squats are something special.  Push yourself today, do not be afraid to fail on rep 10 with a heavy weight and get ready to feel yourself getting stronger.

On a lighter note I found this blog along with the article yesterday and didn’t want the fellas to feel left out.  Perhaps one of the more unspoken benefits of CrossFit…anonymous comments are welcome.  Some may find the blog/topic R/PG-13…if so don’t read it.
