So I found this article while browsing through the endless # of CrossFit focused Facebook pages and all of the articles associated. It focuses on the differences and considerations that must be made when strength training women. Many of the tips I believe that we have thought of and considered before but some were new to me. Take a look at the article and let us know what you think. Bottom line…we have some very strong and capable women at CFW and pound for pound there is a pretty good argument that our women could be stronger than our men. Sorry guys its just a fact!
