Community Workouts

CFW we are excited to announce our new free community workouts that we will be doing each month at Max Muscle in Manassas.  Next Saturday will be the next event and will start at 9 am.  This is a great opportunity for us to get out in the community and spread the great joy of group fitness and a healthy lifestyle to Woodbridge and Manassas, come out and support our community.  If nothing else it’s an easy way to get in another WOD…
