I hope everyone had a good week. When all is said and done at the end of the week Sunday is a good day to reflect on things that went well. Who cares about anything that didn’t go your way. There are going to be a million things that don’t go your way, maybe more than actually do go your way. So, don’t focus on the bad. Focus on the good and what you have. Seems like all I see and hear on the TV or radio is complain complain complain and no one focuses on the good. I’m not saying “can’t we all get along” because I know that’s impossible but, where do you think you’d be, as far as mental health, if you focused half your energy on good things and stayed positive instead of negative? Not a sermon, just a thought.
