Someone asked me today “When’s the next time we’ll do Fran?” I sarcastically asked, “The next time we do it.” It kind of slipped and I didn’t mean to sound cynical (I did immediately apologize). But, it did make me think about how seldom we actually do benchmarks. And, it’s not completely intentional (though many of our considerations include equipment, space, time, ect). I, for one, enjoy being creative when programming. But, even with a constantly varied program, we do need to routinely retest WODs we’ve done before, even if it’s purely to measure our progress. So, with some input from you, what’s a WOD (benchmark or not) we’ve done before that you’d like to do again? What’s a benchmark WOD you’ve never done that you’d love to try?
