20 MINUTES TO FIND 1 REP MAX HANG CLEAN

DEATH BY HANG CLEANS @ 60% OF 1RM

*Do 1 hang clean @ start of the clock, 2 HC @ min 1, 3 @ min 2, and so forth until you can’t complete required # of reps. Score is highest round with a notation of any additional reps.

    Hahahaha!!!! I’m incredibly guilty of every one of those! (Well, except infrequent workouts.) Stress–check; inadequate sleep, nutrition, etc–check; over-training–check. Man, I’d be a ninja if I wasn’t so dumb! :)
