Kinetic BootCamp + Max Muscle + YOU = Success!

ffdKinetic BootCamp is holding an event at Max Muscle this Saturday, August 17 between 9AM-10AM. Here’s what Coach Lauren has to say,

As some of you may already know, our Kinetic Bootcamp program has been working with Max Muscle every other Saturday for further advertisement. We’ve had solid turnouts so far at each event, but we’re looking for more. We’d like to invite you and your friends to join us this Saturday, August 17th, from 9:00-10:00 am for a free KBC workout! Attached at the end of this email is the location for the event.
If you’re able to make it, you’ll see our banner at the entrance of the shopping center. That’s where we’ll be. If you’re unable to make this one, we’ll be having another one on August 31st! Again, a free bootcamp workout at 9:00 am, same location, everyone is welcome.
We’re looking for everyone to bring a friend. They can be a friend you brought to CrossFit in the past, a family member, a girlfriend/boyfriend, anyone! The more the merrier.
