CrossFit Woodbridge is proud to announce the CFW Breakthrough Challenge! We are challenging you, your family and friends to take part in a 6-Week journey to transform your life.
This 6-Week expedition starts with the Breakthrough Nutrition Seminar instructed by your CFW staff. We will cover topics such as the Paleo diet Performance Paleo/Zone Diet, the Vegan diet, planning ahead, shopping and conquering cravings. We will also have guest speakers from Max Muscle to teach you how to incorporate their products into a healthy diet.
Then, the journey begins! All participants will begin the challenge by completing the Breakthrough Fitness Baseline. This will consist of a lean body mass measurement, a body fat % measurement, and 5 WOD scores. These tests will be reevaluated at the end of the challenge. The male & female to make the most improvement wins the challenge! Some killer prizes will be awarded to the winners at the post-challenge celebration.
This is NOT a weight-loss competition. To the contrary, it is your perfect opportunity to breakthrough to the next level of fitness!
The CFW Breakthrough Challenge kicks off with the Breakthrough Nutrition Seminar on Sunday, September 8 at 9AM.
