Continuing Max Muscle

Free workouts on Saturday mornings every 2 weeks until the end of the summer, and then we’ll decide where to go from there. These events have really started to get the KBC name out there! The more of you who can make it out the better.. so try to keep your Saturday mornings open so you can come and support your very own Kinetic Bootcamp! For today we’ll be at the gym, normal class time.
