Our second set of Mobility Classes begin this evening at 7:30PM and Wednesday morning at 10:00AM. You must reserve your spot by registering in ZenPlanner at this link: https://crossfitwoodbridge.zenplanner.com/zenplanner/portal/calendar.cfm. Go to the calendar, find and click the class, then sign up. There are still spots open. This week will feature Pelvis/Hip Mobility. This is FREE! But don’t take the value of these classes lightly. Many of you are limiting your performance because of your lack of mobility. Please take advantage of this very valuable opportunity.

And though we mentioned it a month ago, we bid a very tearful farewell to Cori R, pictured above enjoying one last WOD at CFW before moving. Through you always have a home here, Cori, we wish you the best.

*Your score will be the last completed set with a notation of any additional reps. Example: You finish the set of 12 and get 14 burpee pulls and 6 push presses. Your score is 12+20.
