So, It Begins

Fitness is a life-long endeavor. Competitive Fitness, on the other hand, has an “on” & “off” season. With the culmination of the 2013 CrossFit Games, the 2013 season is over. This officially starts the 2014 season.

Whether you’re gunning for the games next year or trying to fit into old pants, how do you plan to get there by this time next year? For me, I need to lock down my consistency. If you’re going to commit to 3-On/1-Off or Mon/Wed/Fri or what-have-you, you have to mold your life to make that work if that’s truly your goal.

*Yes, you have to switch your own weights while the clock is running.
