Granted, The Crossfit Games is only a small part of CrossFit, despite how much attention it generates. Only a very tiny minority of the community participates in the event. So, a 10 Round Swim/Bar Muscle Up WOD may be a reasonable test for the fittest athletes in the world. That’s not to say that the rest of us shouldn’t know how to handle ourselves in the water. If you walked into the box and you saw “Swim” written on the whiteboard, what would you do? Laugh? Celebrate? Suddenly decide you need a rest day?
