Mobility Series, Pt. 2

The second set of mobility classes start next Tuesday, July 30 @ 7:30pm. There is also another on Wednesday, July 31 @ 10am. Sign up for these classes should open today after 10AM. Remember, the cap on this free class is 10 members while 5 additional can get on the waiting list. If you’re on the waiting list, you can still show up to see if there is an opening.

The next mobility series will focus on hip and pelvis mobility. This will certainly help those who have an issue getting below parallel on your squat.

If you have an idea for a mobility series (a bodypart you’d like to focus on), we’re all ears. Add your suggestion in the comments area.

    I suggest wrist mobility. Also ankle mobility should be included with the hip and pelvis mob session, in my opinion. Now, let’s see if I can get to a session next week.

    So I missed the first class, but I’d love to learn more about improving T-spine mobility…

    Totally bummed! I was waiting for the hip/pelvis mobility class, especially, but I’ll be out of town next week. Guess I need a one-on-one with Doc Pauley.
