Yes, it’s hot. I know. And no, there is no A/C. But, I think if you wanted to be comfortable while you workout, you wouldn’t be doing CrossFit.
We’re smack-dab right in the middle of the summer so we have a few more months of super-sweaty WODs. I realize we keep repeating ourselves but I can’t stress the importance of planning ahead to maximize your results in this summer heat. Please consider the following:

Pace yourself in the WOD

Bring a change of clothes.
